PIN THE “TAIL”
Begin: March 22, 2007
End: April 15, 2007
30 second radio spot - Lower Mainland Radio Stations
Are you willing to get your tail pinned? If not, then watch out! On April 1st,
ICBC, the RCMP and local police departments launch the ‘Tail-Safe’
program. Since 23% of accidents in the Lower Mainland are caused by
drivers who are constantly on your tail, police expect to nail a lot of
donkeys. Fines for first, second and third offences have been increased to $200, $400
and $800 respectively plus five points on your license.
So remember the ‘four’ second rule.
Keep your tail safe and leave space.
